MELT Beginners and Refiners Course
Tuesday - 7.15pm Beginners and Refiners Course - Shipston High School - five week course costing £50 - running from Tuesday 18th October to Tuesday 15th November (inclusive).
Friday - 12.30pm Beginners and Refiners Course - Cherington Village Hall - five week course costing £50 - running from Friday 21st October to Friday 18th November (inclusive).
MELT Kits are available for you to use if you have not yet already purchased your own. Please contact me to book your place and reserve a kit if required.
Saturday 10th December 10.30am - £30.00 at Cherington Village Hall
Two and a half hour Masterclass to perfect and refine you technique and learn some new moves. We will be working on Neurostrength techniques.
Please note you will require your long yellow and blue bands for this Masterclass.
This Masterclass is open to everyone who has completed the Beginners' Course.
MELT Ball Treatment Class

A class dedicated to using only the MELT Balls - a great opportunity to experience more of the Hand and Arm, Foot and Face Treatments.
This class is open to everyone with their own ball kit, including those who are currently taking the Beginners' Courses.
MELT Get Together On Zoom

This is an hour "get-together" for a chat and catch-up on MELT News. The Guest Speaker at our last meeting was Angie Coggins. Angie told us about her journey through auto immune dysfunction, and how she is now helping others. We also discussed toxins and how they affect us.
The Get Togethers are free, -let me know if you would like to attend and you will be given the zoom meeting code.

Join me and Angie Coggins (from Gravity Soft Tissue Therapy) on a workshop to learn how to manage your peri to post menopause symptoms. We will be exploring movement in many formats and discussing some of the symptoms of menopause and ways to manage them. We need to train differently, eat differently and take more time on self care. Both Angie and I are qualified Burrell Education 3rd Age Women's Health Specialists. With the right information your menopause can be a positive and joyful time of life.
