I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I have watched fads come and go and on the whole have been able to identify what was really going to be beneficial to my clients. Now I've found something that will allow me to truly help ANYONE.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over 15 years ago. I researched a lot to help manage my symptoms. I changed my diet and reduced the toxicity in my life but there was still something missing. MELT was that missing link. It transformed my pain. I went from not being able to sleep, as I was in pain if I lay in one position for more than 10 minutes, to NOT having any pain at night and improving my sleep quality enormously.
MELT Method is one of the most profound techniques I've ever trained to teach. Whether clients are in chronic pain or wanting to improve their ability to run, lift weights, bend over and play with their grandchildren or have the most amazing core, MELT covers it.
